Private Billing & Consultation Fees

Clinic One is a fully private dermatology practice.

Fees apply for all consultations and procedures, and we do not offer bulk billing. Our pricing reflects the time, complexity, and specialist expertise involved in your care.

We are not currently accepting new DVA cardholders and do not offer concession rates for pension or healthcare cardholders.

If private fees are not manageable for you at this time, your GP can refer you to a public dermatology clinic. These clinics offer excellent care but may have longer wait times and less flexibility in scheduling or clinician choice.

Payment Policy

All payments must be settled in full on the day of your appointment or treatment.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa or Mastercard

  • EFTPOS

  • Cash

Please note we do not accept AMEX.

Appointment Policy

Specialist dermatology appointments are in high demand, and we have many patients waiting for care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

We understand that things don’t always go to plan — if something unexpected comes up, please contact us as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

A cancellation fee may apply for missed appointments or late notice.

Referrals

We welcome referrals from GP’s and specialists for dermatological care across general, medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Our preferred method of referral is via Medical Objects

Alternatively, referrals can be sent via:

If your referral is urgent, please clearly indicate this at the top of the referral or call our clinic directly to request an expedited appointment. Our team will do their best to accommodate time-sensitive and high-risk cases promptly.
